What is ‘e-Learning’ as a Training Method?
Our e-Learning training courses are delivered 100% online through video tuition and supporting guidance resources provided. Assessment may be in the form of multiple-choice questions throughout or on completion based on the course topic, content and learning outcomes.
What’s e-Learning good for?
This method is often suitable for knowledge-based courses rather than practical ‘hands on’ training. eLearning is great for busy workplaces and attendees who need to learn ‘on the go’. It’s also great for those who prefer smaller bite sized chunks of information that they can review as many times as they want, rather than a longer one-off training session or event, and for knowledge-based refresher training.
What is ‘blended learning’ as a training method?
Blended learning sits between traditional Classroom training and E-Learning training. Some courses may be available for delivery in a ‘two step’ approach, where the staff member completes an E-Learning course and then a ‘real world’ on site practical training module to ensure learning has been achieved and any practical skills are safe, valid and effective.
What’s blended learning good for?
This method may be suitable for courses which require practical skills but where you are struggling to enable attendees to attend for the full classroom learning time. It’s also good for workplaces where training space is in short supply or rooms are in high demand, so you want to minimise any disruption on site.
