Who we may recruit in future:

  • Professional individuals with a background and qualifications in Teaching, Mentoring and Assessment and those who are also experts by experience in their professed subject area.
  • Experience of working within services within real world provider communities and environments
  • Interested qualified practitioners with experience of working in the areas of health and safety, clinical services, schooling and education services, social care services. These all include frontline service provision, management and inspection.
  • In-depth and up to date understanding, knowledge and skill within your professed subject matter / area(s) along with clear evidence to support this.

The Qualities and Skills that we may look for:

  • Available to teach, mentor or assess on an ad hoc basis
  • Drivers who are able to deliver training or assessment services in person across a designated geographical area
  • Individuals who are able to deliver training courses through distance learning method’s using communication technologies such as Zoom, Google Meet and Google Classroom
  • A strong personal desire to help individuals, organisations, communities and the UK as a nation to improve, develop and ‘live better’ by helping to support improved standards through delivery of Training Services (in accordance with Aintree Training’s Mission, Vision, Values and Motto of ‘Aim, Train, Improve’).
